Bogusław Linda promotes Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź
Well... now it's an advertisement! – you could say, paraphrasing the slogan. Bogusław Linda, who plays Władysław Strzemiński in Andrzej Wajda's "Afterimages", appeared in a spot promoting the investment of the Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź, which is nearing completion. The advertisement, shot by Opus Film and directed by Piotr Szczepański, can be seen on the largest Polish television stations and on VOD channels.
Apart from Bogusław Linda, the spot also featured other stars - works from the Museum's collection: Sosnowska's sculpture "Entrance - Ursus", Masson's "Furniture Conversation", Strzemiński's "Architectural Composition 12C" and Bonvicini's neon installation "NOT FOR YOU". At the culmination, Linda interacts with Bonvicini's work in a significant way - by covering up its negation, he discovers a simple message: FOR YOU.
The spot co-creates a promotional campaign related to the revitalization of the museum's infrastructure. Thanks to the reconstruction, ms1 will soon be able to show art in completely new, more inclusive ways.
The investment will enable the use of, among others: from the offer of a modern, specialized library with unique collections and an extended educational program. The new space of the education department was designed from the beginning with the participation of a team of educators, which is a unique activity in Poland.
Moreover, thanks to the implementation of the project, access to the museum's offer has been made available to disabled people, who will also have easier access to the renovated historic building of the Maurycy Poznański Palace, which houses, among others, the famous Neoplastic Room designed by Władysław Strzemiński.
