Conservation of historic polychrome in the Ballroom of the Herbst Palace Museum
The implementation of the task includes conservation work on the historic polychrome in the Ballroom. The scope of work will include, among others: removal of dirt, unification of polychrome and renovation of painting layers.
Renovation works will ensure the preservation of the material cultural heritage and the protection of the monument to preserve and consolidate its substance.
Completion time: February 1, 2024. – December 31, 2024
Task: Conservation of historic polychrome in the Ballroom of the Herbst Palace Museum
Financial resources from the budget of the Lodzkie Region as part of the "Łódzkie Saves Monuments" competition were awarded in the amount of PLN 150,000.00 (in words: one hundred and fifty thousand zlotys).
