Cultural infrastructure 2020 – project titled "Modernization of the infrastructure of the Herbst Palace Museum garden"

The modernization includes the renovation of alleys, renovation of wooden benches and construction of a membrane roof for the garden gazebo. The adopted solution assumes better use of the garden's functions, improving the safety of participants of cultural and educational events and ensuring the accessibility of the garden for people with disabilities. The garden is visited by all age groups, and these groups are primarily the recipients of educational and cultural events offered by the Museum. Among other things, the following are implemented: workshops for people with visual impairments. Thanks to the innovative "Whispers" system, these people can explore the garden and palace on their own. The planned task is a response to the needs of visitors in terms of improving the aesthetic values ​​and accessibility of the garden space.

Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund, obtained from subsidies established in games covered by state monopoly, in accordance with Art. 80 section 1 of the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling.
